Frequently asked questions.
The scan uses optical imaging to provide general wellness indicators like heart rate and blood pressure estimates. Every reading is flagged with a confidence score, and where confidence is low the platform declines to return a result rather than publish one it cannot stand behind. It is a wellness tool, not a diagnostic device.
No. Everything runs through the smartphone camera your staff already carry. There are no wearables to distribute, charge, or replace.
Most companies are live within one week. Staff onboard themselves via a magic link, with no IT integration required for the standard deployment.
Corvida is licensed per employee per year, and it is all-inclusive: unlimited scans, unlimited triage messaging and telehealth consultations, with no per-consultation charges. Pricing depends on headcount and contract length, and we will quote for your organisation during the demo.
Yes. Corvida is designed to sit in front of those services rather than replace them, catching issues earlier and directing people to the right support. It runs standalone with no integration required.
Twelve months for standard deployments. We will discuss pilot arrangements for larger organisations wanting to prove the model first.
Corvida is a wellness and prevention platform, not a diagnostic service, and does not replace clinical care. Telehealth consultations are delivered by registered clinicians who carry their own professional indemnity. Full liability terms sit in the enterprise agreement and we will share them before you commit.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, processed within UK data centres, and handled in line with UK GDPR. Employers see anonymised, aggregate trends only, never individual health records, and any group below four people is automatically suppressed.
Participation is entirely voluntary and opt-in. Employees consent at first use, can withdraw at any time, and can request deletion of their data. No employee is enrolled by default, and non-participation is invisible to the employer at an individual level.
No. Corvida is a wellbeing benefit, not a medical scheme, and generates no data that flows to your insurer or broker. Aggregate reporting belongs to you and is shared only if you choose to share it.
The platform is not diagnostic, so it does not raise clinical alerts. Where a reading falls outside expected ranges, the employee is prompted to speak to a clinician through the platform or to contact their GP. Employers are never notified about an individual, under any circumstances.
